Arcady Fixon, as a great Caviar lover, decided to create his own Parisian Caviar place, to be sure to offer products with the best quality to his guests and to offer his "culture of caviar".

Mr. Arcady Fixon, a Russian emigrant, decided to bring his culture in Paris, a city that was full of somptuous parties, technical progresses and living the emergence of “Haute Couture”, the golden age of the Moulin Rouge and the Folies Bergères.

Paris was trying to forget the war and deprivation with luxury and glitter.

Founded in Paris in 1927, Caviar Kaspia contributed to the rise of the « Art of Caviar », in France and overseas, establishing the delicacy as an essential dish at all prestigious dinners and events.

Thanks to his Russian past and his Parisian experience, Arcady Fixon quickly transforms his boutique in a real institution, renowned for its caviar and all the great products that sea can offer.

Caviar from Kaspia was introduced close to many artists, their patrons and admirers and is now enjoyed by great names of russian emigrants in the Parisian aristocracy, before being unanimously loved by all the rich Parisian Society.

Caviar Kaspia established a true « Art of Caviar », around ancestral customs, offering the best conditions for the perfect its tasting.

Arcady Fixon opened Kaspia at the number 17 of the famous Place de la Madeleine
with a boutique at the ground floor, and a restaurant at the first floor.

Today, the renovated and expanded restaurant
offers in every corner the atmosphere that its founder wanted to give it to :

with Great Russia memories,

perfect place for caviar tasting.

In September 2017, after one month of works, the famous boutique has re-opened its doors with a new concept of tasting room, with walls dressed with woodworks and mosaics, paying tribute to the famous restaurant decoration.
